Lots
of organisations can face difficulties when their most senior employee
leaves the organisation. When this is due to an unexpected resignation,
sickness, or due to poor performance, organisations and in particular,
the trustees can find themselves in short term difficulties. They
may need help in recruiting the successor, it may be a good opportunity
to review the service, the organisation and it’s policies
and procedures, there may be conflicts that need resolving before
a new person is brought into post or you may need a regular presence
in the organisation to manage staff in the interim.
